Elease is a recent graduate of Radford University earning her a Masters in Social Work. She is a two-time Radford alumni earning her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2018. She will be working under the supervision of Elise Gibson, LCSW, and Dr. Tasha Nadasdi, Psy.D.


After she received her undergrad degree, she was awarded a graduate research fellowship position in the school of social work for her interest in geriatric research. Her graduate level internships include a placement at Virginia Tech Services for Students with Disabilities, and in a public inpatient psychiatric hospital, working with patients with dual diagnosis substance use and mental health disorders.

Elease has a passion for working with individuals from marginalized backgrounds, older adults and college students, utilizing a strengths-based approach and intersectional feminist theories.


In her free time she enjoys reading, baking and walking her dog Blossom.
