Mindfulness Sessions
Mindfulness is moment-to-moment awareness of one’s experience with curiosity and acceptance... without judgment. Charlottesville Empowerment offers private group mindfulness sessions designed to help quiet the mind, improve attention, and enhance overall wellness. Studies show that mindfulness is effective for:

Mindfulness sessions are NOT a therapy service and do not constitute a therapy relationship. Mindfulness sessions are an ideal way to incorporate regular self-care, stress reduction, and relaxation into a tight schedule and/or to cope with and reduce symptoms of various concerns.

Fees are based on number of participants:
1 person: $50 per session
2-3 people: $30 per person per session
4-5 people: $25 per person per session
6-7 people: $20 per person per session

We are not offering further Mindfulness Sessions in 2023, however aim to host them again in 2024.​
